Yes Ruth. It is true the post is a bit cryptic.
I was just asking how many of you, claiming against Banks out of Law 57/68 will buy today an apartment in Spain if received this money?

If the developer had honoured his contract and paid up promptly when the completion date was three years overdue then I can say that we would have bought another Spanish holiday property.
If we eventually get our deposit back ( it's now six years since we paid and three years since we cancelled our contract) I do not feel confident enough or have the stomach to start looking again. I feel exhausted just thinking about the whole experience.
But that's just me, others with a more optomistic outlook will probably take the plunge again.

If i received a refund of my deposit I would still buy in Spain if the circumstances were right. I would still like to spend a lot of time in Spain when I retire. I definitely would not buy off-plan or on a new urbanisation though. I would now buy in a Spanish town or city and not the holiday type of property.
