Legal tip 469. Housing cooperatives growing in Spain

According to the papers today housing cooperatives are increasing in Spain. :)

Residents have to pay a small deposit at the beginning of the living  and then a small monthly quota, lower than rents and of course lower than mortgages. Involvement of local Councils is desired...

Looks like natural vitamins for the real estate market, maybe strange or difficult to swallow at the beginning but most healthy for the whole social body.
