Legal tip 463. Court decission against Sungolf NOW unappealable

We have received today notice by the Malaga Appeal Court by which our win against Sungolf in Estepona Beach and Country Club is now definitive and unappealable.
This is a formal and judicial confirmation of:
1.- Rights for refund of our clients
2.- Exact relationship between Sungolf and Ocean View
Enforcement procedure is being started now!
Good for Fernando Alberich ( the litigation lawyer) and the whole Costaluz-De Castro team.
