Hi I have a question I wrote to my bank in Spain advising that I have life insurance in the UK which covers my property in Spain, they then paid the insurance company from my bank account for the life insurance, I reminded them that I had my own so they asked if I wanted to cancel it which I did and they said they would get a refund for me, the life insurance company said they have cancelled the policy but will not refund the monies (this was all within 8 weeks) can I claim from the bank for this error as it would appear I have paid 378 euro's for nothing, please help
