Hi Maria

In regards to Legal Tip 346 if one lives in an Apartment Block,is it still OK for Rainwater etc to escape via the outlet pipe from ones Terrace and fall on to the Neighbour's Terrace below you.This water in turn escapes via another outlet pipe into a further Neighbour's Garden below. I mention here, that our Development was built in the 1970's.
Please can you clarify this for me.
