to anyone trying to access our website it is temporarily out of action as we are changing the company who hosts the site, between them it seems to have disappeared and no doubt we will have to wait till Monday for people to be back in offices to get it sorted

Will probably be up a bit before that. If you are changing hosts, you will have a different nameserver/ dns setting which takes between 24 and 72 hours to propagate across the internet.
