We all came over here to get away from grey English skies and enjoy some sunshine but the sun can be very fierce and sometimes much as we like it we need to get away from the glare and heat of the sun.  

Is there too much sun coming through a window that doesnt have outside shutters or have you had an area glassed in and it is very hot then you could well need some blinds to improve the situation.  The blinds can provide shade and also provide protection for the furniture from the sun.
