when do the water utilities take there money

We are looking to buy a small run about car in the mazarron/camposol area,we have spent a small fortune renting this year.

Do you know anyone we can trust?

You might be better off posting this in the Forums, under the threads about buying cars and driving in Spain. It tends to be a different bunch of people who read the blogs - questions are more likely to be answered in the forums.
