Casares Del Sol Suites - Can anyone help ?

I have real issues with my solicitor who is not responding to any communication and has not done anything we have asked him to do. We have found him of no use to us whatsoever and we have paid him upfront the full fees. We have asked that our files get posted to our home addresses but still nothing. Could someone who has exercised the resolution of contract/ bank guarantee for Casares del Sol Suites give me the name of your solicitor please or let me know the process to go through. I couldn't agree more. Criado and Kraus cost us a fortune and failed to deliver. They couldn't even get us the insurance guarantees to protect our deposit.
I am now part of a group who have all previously been his clients through H20 in torre Del Mar. If we fail to get our deposits back off the banks then he will be our next target!

Luckily we had bank guarantees and managed to exercise those and get quite a bit on top too for interest etc ... I hope I don't bump into the tw@t for his sake ....

I bought a property off plan 6yrs ago Balcon de Alcaucin. As you can guess it has not been built and criado kraus are my solicitor they have said I have won my case in court and will recieve all my money back + 20% + lawyer fees. But they are saying the second half of fees are due?? has anyone got any ideas what I should do please.
