BREAKING NEWS: 5 Spanish Banks Fail Stress Tests

Five Spanish banks failed the stress tests. Another seven Spanish banks scraped a pass, with capital ratios between 5% and 6%.

The Spanish banks which failed the tests were UNNIM, CAM, Catalunya Caixa, Banco Pastor and Caja 3. The Bank of Spain said no Spanish bank would need to raise capital.
