Car hire prices have shot up in recent years, as everyone is no doubt aware.  Some of the prices people were forced to pay last summer were outrageous.

I was just wondering if prices were still high or have they become a bit cheaper than the last couple of years? The reason I ask is that I have noticed there hasn't been so many people complaining about hire car prices recently on eyeonspain and on other forums.
