Compare petrol/diesel prices in Spain
28 February 2010 @ 19:35

There's a really cool Spanish website that lets you compare petrol prices in your area.  It lets you select the type of fuel (i.e. Unleaded petrol, Diesel etc) and you select the province and then the town you want to check prices for.  The site is in English, which makes things a bit easier to understand.

The website is geoportal.mityc.es/hidrocarburos/eess/#

It shows the results as a list, but there is also a handy map view as well.  I was quite surprised by the different range of prices.

Thanks. Really useful site particularly now that petrol prices are starting to edge back up. I live reasonably close to Gibraltar and occasionally fill up there when I can combine it with a shopping trip. Diesel is about 80c a litre.

Hi James,
Yeah, I always fill up in Gib. I work there so it's convenient and cheap as you say. 67.50p/litre for diesel at Shell is the cheapest.
