Torrevieja Area Description

Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town which not only has some good beaches, it also has an excellent street market every Friday morning and some brilliant shops, bars and restaurants. The great salt-works, in Torrevieja and Santa Pola adds minerals to the air which help with the respiratory problems.The entire area around Torrevieja and Orihuela is famous for their salt production.
