Tibi is a small peaceful village with white houses. It is situated approximately 30 minutes inland from Alicante. It is an extremely interesting place for mountain tourism and for people seeking peace. The village has a very calm and serene ambience. The major fiestas held at the end of July in honour of Saint Mary Magdalene and the Moors and Christians pageants in January are an added attraction. The nearest beaches are in Alicante which is a beautiful city with an abundance of amenities and activities to suit all tastes and ages but local amenities are available in Tibi and the surrounding areas.
