Salobrena Area Description

Salobrena is a whitewashed town attached to a huge rock just back from the shoreline, it is surrounded by sugar cane plantations. It is situated approximately 45 minutes from Granada, and just over an hour to the Sierra Nevada. For history enthusiasts you can view the new museum located in the former town hall. The flower strewn streets make it very picturesque.
