This is situated only 10 minutes drive from the beach of Campoamor which is considered one of the best on the Costa Blanca and close to all amenities. It is located in a much sought after area of Las Ramblas with its championship golf course. All the local amenities are within a 5 minute drive including banks, supermarket, restaurants etc.
