El Oasis housing development is one of the most important residential and tourist areas of San Fulgencio. It is rich in archaeological heritage. Whilst it is a small peaceful and charming farming village, it is a cosmopolitan area and many of the residents live here all year round. The blue flag white sandy beaches of La Marina village are only a few kilometres away by car and there is also a bus service during the summer months
