Medina Sidonia is an unspoilt ancient hill-top town and is little known even though an Admiral who led the Armada was born here The town was one of Spain's most important ducal seats in the 15th century; a line which continues and is currently led by the Duchess of Medina Sidonia,. The village has medieval walls and narrow cobbled streets.
