Los Almendros, otherwise known as the almonds tree, is a brand new project which at the moment is still off plan. This will be the last urbanisations they can build along the coast line of Orihuela. The project will have 2 and 4 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and some very lovely views. Building will start at the end of 2007 and will take about 18 months. It is within an upmarket residential area within easy reach of quality amenities at the famous Villamartin plaza and a short drive away from Orihuela Costa beaches and coves and three first-rate golf courses.
