Lomas de Mar is a residential complex with all types of services available. It has supermarkets, banks cafes and restaurants close by.
The complex is near to the beaches of Punta Prima, Mil Palmeras, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. It is situated on the Orihuela Costa and lies midway between San Javiar and Alicante airports. There are 5 communal swimming pools nearby and local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. There is plenty of parking space and the complex has a private gated road.
