A 72 hole golf trail is to be constructed here which will be the first of its kind. Within the new golf valley of Murcia. La Tercia is situated within rolling countryside, yet is only a 15 minute drive from the coast and beaches of the Mar Menor. The regional airport is also approx 15 mins away and the new airport at Corvera (opening 2008/9)plus the lively Murcia. When building is completed all facilities will be available at Pueblo Mediterraneo.
