La Nucía is located in a quiet valley approximately 10 km. from Benidorm and about 50 km. from Alicante. In the north it is next to Polop and Callosa d'en Sarria, in the east to Altea, in the south to L'Alfaz del Pi and in the west to Benidorm. The mountains of Aitana and Aixorta protect La Nucía from cold winds from the north, and in this way the average temperature is about 15 º. The connections by road with La Nucía is the Mediterranean motorway A-7, exit (salida) 65. The main road N-332 connects La Nucía with Alicante and Valencia.
