La Florida is a well established residential area where you have all the amenities you need for everyday living. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, banks and a decent sized supermarket in the area. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to the lively town of Torrevieja where you will find plenty of entertainment and shopping facilities. Golf enthusiasts will be in their element, the top class courses at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all just minutes away and there are at least 14 other golf courses within driving distance. The choice of beaches are numerous, Guardamar, La Zenia and Campoamor are just three of the most attractive places to spend the day. The climate is renowned due to the salt lakes in the vicinity.
