La Florida is a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of all necessary amenities including numerous bars, restaurants and shops, bus stop, schools etc. It is only a 5 minute drive from the Mediterranean Sea and 25 minutes from Murcia airport. Torrevieja is about a 20 min drive or bus ride away, with all its facilities and attractions for day or nightlife. There are also several golf courses in the area.
