La Campaneta has beautiful parks, banks, restaurants, buses, church, local shops, hospital and everything necessary to live all year round. It is situated approximately 3 km from Orihuela which is an historical city where you can find a crescent shaped oasis of Islamic origins, one of the few remaining in Europe. There is a school just opposite with sports facilities that is free for the residents of La Campaneta and in which all the sporting activities are played against other towns. A number of golf courses are within a 6 km drive.
