This is a well established residential area around Villamartin. There is a newly built commercial area which has a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and an internet café. There is also a small supermarket, which stocks day-to-day basics, and a larger Mercadona. Torrevieja with everything you could need is about a 10 minute drive away, having excellent healthcare facilities, schools, and all tourist attractions.
