This is a quiet residential area with a communal pool and parking space. Torrevieja town centre is a short bus ride away with its sandy beaches and nightlife. Nearby is a choice of supermarkets and a shopping centre with a vast selection of cafes/restaurants etc. Alicante aiport is approx 35 minutes by car, with the beach & marina 10 minutes away.
