Benasau on the Costa Blanca in Spain is a small farming village. It is situated in the narrow winding Confrides mountain pass on the road from Alcoy to Callosa d'en Sarria. Benasau belonged to the estate of the Baron of Finestrat. The name Benasau is of Islamic origin.
