We were in the process of taking Huma to court when they refunded our deposit (72500 approx), We paid our solicitor 2000 euro up front and Huma also paid the balance of approx 7500 euro to our solicitor.

Hi,

Have just received an email from our solicitor who we appointed last May, after we lost patiance with Aldea. that they have received a full refund for us plus funds to cover the legal cost from Huma.

We have just received an email from our solicitor saying Huma have made us an offer of a full refund, the only arguement we have is who is going to pay the lagal fees. which comes to approx 10%.

Hi Everyone,

We decided to cancel twelve months ago and were using Aldea who were recommended by Parador, a complete waste of time.

We have now appointed an independent solicitor to sue huma for our money back, he has looked through our contract and the BG's that we have and also the cancellation contract we obtained via Aldea, and if what he has told me is correct the BG's and cancellation contract are not worth the paper they are written on, because  the stage payments we made, were paid into an account spacified on the contract and the two  bank gaurantees we have specify different accounts at different banks (they should be the same as what is on the contract).

If there is anyone in the north west area trying to get there money back please let  me know.
