Though am getting pressure to complete before the snagging is done !  Rosyfalcon want the snagging done after completion though obviously I am concerned that we will be waiting forever to get things done after completion !!!

Has anyone completed at the Marina  de la Alcaidesa? If so how have they found the finishing and is RosyFalcon dealing efficiently with any snagging issues ?

Hey Guys, thanks for the feedback. It looks like we will be purchasing one of the townhouses in phase 2 of marina de la alciadesa. Looking forward to seeing the end result.

Gwilym, do you know why the townhouses are selling slow ?

Hi all, thinking of buying a townhouse in this new development Marina de la Alcaidesa, just do not know enough about the area. We only had a brief time there and the weather was not good then. Are the beaches as good as the photos show ? Are they blue flag beaches ? Is it a good place for family holidays ? I would appreciate any help/advice. It looks great on paper but anyone with first hand experience would be a great help.
