Sping, we are on Playa Golf III R2 but are still on the buiders supply for electricity. I had an e'mail that said the electric complany may make the change over from builders supply on the 15th of May. Do you know if this is the case ?

For anyone on Playa Golf  III R2, I have just received word from San Jose that our property will be coming off the builders water supply in the near future.
The water comnpany do not need access to the property to do the switch over however, you need to supply them with your NIE number and bank details.

There is no information as to when the electric will change over from the builders supply. I have been advised that the electric company will require access to your property when the changeover takes place.

Hi AD, I had Polar Air install Daitsu invertor units in my house at Playa Golf. Their service was very good the guys turned up on the day/time they said and were finsished just after lunch. The units are quiet when runnung hot & cold and Polar Air will repair / service them if you need. Their costs were very competitive to the other quotes I received. Hi Cathy, i posted this on the Playa Golf site a couple of weeks ago. You will have to check with Polar Air for prices as they change depending on what units are on offer or what you want to pay and it will also depend on the number of rooms you want to have AC installed. We found their price to be very good and they will maintain the equipment.

Just back from a visit to Spain and thought I would write a few lines on Polar Air. You read a lot of negative posts from people experiencing problems trying to get any type of work done and buying a house in Spain is stressful enough without the added hassle of your dream home not being completed. Well here is a positive experience - we ordered Daitsu AC/Inverter units from Polar Air for our Azucena. I was advised that the work would commence at 9.00am on the 18th of April and lo and behold Gary & Mark arrived sport on time and commenced fitting of the units. They were finished shortly after lunch time (little delay due to rain !!) and when the units were tested we found them to be very quiet when running and supplied the relevant temperature (hot or cold) very quickly.

So thanks to Polar Air for a job well done and if anyone is looking to fit AC units I would recommend you drop them a line at info@polaraircostablanca.com
