Babe Thank you for your update and comments which is very much appreciated, its comming up to two years now over due, so may be there is light at the end of a very long tunnel. I must say I have been happy with my solicitor who has been honest with me along the way, it appears they can only pass on the information given by the developer which at times has proved difficult.

Hi Maria -  I would be grateful to know when buying an off plan property and the contract says quite clearly you are entitled to your money back plus interest if your property is not completed on time why I am told if I go to court for my interest the judge will not agee to the interest being given back.  - Many thanks
