Hi  jojan,

We are currently living in a property owned by family which has a community of owners, administrator etc etc etc. Over the past eleven years they have had to change administrators on at least four occasions mainly due to them failing to do what they were being paid to do, or putting it bluntly ripping off the community !!  The current adminstrator is not a lot better, they all seem to be of the same breed, a far too laid back  attitude in many instances with their main phrase being, "it's not a problem, it will get sorted eventually"  Recently they had warn the latest administrator to get his finger out of his backside and get some very urgent issues sorted urgently, if not he would suffer the consequences. This seems to have worked albeit in slow motion as normal !

So unless your administrator is absolute rubbish at getting anything sorted, hang on to him/her, you could end up with worse,  as they say better the devil you know !

With Ryan Air we had to do it both ways, on leaving Spain and then on our return !

You will have to add the API when you do your online check in which is up to 15 days before you fly.

Flew in with Ryan Air last night and didnt have middle name on ticket, no problem what so ever.

Hi m2lou,

Where exactly is your property situated ?   Depending on the area if building on rustic land in order to be legal the plot should be 10,000m2 and then you are able to contruct 2%, however different areas have different specifications !!    It would also depend on whether the land had been reclassified or if there was a building on the land previous which had a title deed.

Some town halls are trying to rectify the problem and regulate the illegal builds but it really depends on where you are as to what the outcome will be. If this is a wide spread problem in your area there could possibly be action groups already active that could help you with information.
