 Hi there

We set up a direct debit at Murcia Town hall we had to pay the first payment at the bank they stated but thereafter we opted for it to be debited from our account twice a year- .  Do you know where the town hall is in Murcia - it is just by the river so fairly easy to find - when you get your number as you go in you can request for somebody who speaks English - it is very busy up there so be prepared for a wait however they are very helpful - we also had to go up there to pay our car tax.   

We are at Frondoso at the moment for 16 days so enjoying some warm sun.  Hope you catch up with you both soon.

Yes just got back from Frondoso and it was indeed above 40 the last few days we were there.  However it was great swimming in the pools to cool off not much energy for anything else!!  

We had our M4 meeting with our new president and have emailed who i know  with details of what was discussed which kindly Gemma translated  for us.  I think they will be helpful for not just M4 owners.  I think we are very lucky to have such an active president on M4  well done Jorge!  Send me  a private message if not got your email address and i will be happy to email you with updates. 

Lets hope most people who are living at Frondoso pay their community fees - the problem with M4 is the unsold properties and if Prom.... are able to pay up on those.  When I asked at the meeting we do get a list of non-payers which could be useful. Our administrator seems to be doing a good job with the amount of funds he has got. 

Hopefully catch up with you all sometime over the Summer months

 Hi there

We are on M4 and we completed thedirect debit form after the meetings last month.  We have just had our bank statment and only 1 months instalment has been taken.  We have just been informed that our president has organised a meeting for Thursday evening so we may find out more information than - if you want to send us a private message with your email address can add you to our list for emails when get any news.

We are enjoying brilliant temps - 37 degrees today - dare i say a bit too hot!!! However swimming to keep cool -  Hope to catch up with you both some time in the Summer.    Julie and Kevin

Hi to you both

Hope you are both enjoying the lovely sunshine.  The weather here in Leeds freezing.  We had one good day yesterday and got a 5 mile walk in but apart from that it is rain rain rain.  Only 13 days and counting to my return with the girlie gang!!  Thanks for the update i will be in Spain so will be able to attend the meeting do you know if it will be in English and if it is separate meetings for each section.  If so can you please come to the M4 meeting with me if not going fishing!!  See you both soon.  Julie xx

Hi all

Thanks Geoff for the latest information re the new road.  We noticed quite a difference when coming from San Javier - so will be even better when Covera opens.  Have just been checking flights and none from Leeds and Bradford to San Javier from November so i wonder if there will be some for Covera.  Keep us posted if you see them on line.  It is all looking good let us hope that Frondoso will start filling up this year......
