Thats the problem you get with most furniture companys in spain, either items missing or poor quality.
I used 2 guys (who while i was in england) to collect, deliver and install my order from ikea in murcia.
They did a great job with the fit, all curtains, units etc and all items delivered and good quality too.
Just give them your shopping list and they do the rest.

Yeah sorry about that, i'm informed it's not quite ready so keep on trying as it should'nt
be long from completion. 
It doesn't belong to me though, i'm just recommending these guys as they're trust
worthy and i've been happy with the services they provided for me.

When i needed my villa furnished i was given a guys email address from a friend to contact.
What they do is, after you've chosen your own funiture from ikea via website or local store in uk, collect, deliver
and install everything for you and charge a fee on top.
For me it was much better as the quality was good and no items missing like some people experience with packs.
They're also setting a property management company up too so PM me if you need email address.
They use ikea murcia and are based near balsicas.
