Hi All

 

We were the first ones in on the ground floor 1B I think we are and i know of a couple who completed last week on the first floor. There were no lights in the hallways but things are moving fast as another 2 couples were getting furniture delivered on the day we left.  The more that moves in the merrier as things get done much quicker.  Look forward to meeting you all at some point.

Another couple that we met are staying on the site renting one of the apartments and they see whats going on,so hopefully soon enough we will get to meet all of our neighbours. Are you going to live their or is it just a holiday home for you both?

Hope everything goes well for you. Have you bought through the Spanish property centre?  We have and have used APC apogados solicitors. Which floor are you on in block 4?

Hi All

We have been using caroline from APC abogados in Torrevieja also. Must admit things are changing in regards to prices left right and centre as they are declaring the full price of the property now.  Other than that APC have been fine.  We are going to the notary on 6th March with Caroline and I,m doing a bankers draft for to pay the builder and cash to pay the solicitor.

Must say stressed as at the minute with it all but I suppose it will be worth it.  Will pst you all on our return and let you know how we got on at the notary.

Hi All

I'm travelling over on the 4th March to complete on our apartment in block 4 we're on the ground floor Baja B and I went over to view before i agreed to complete.  I'm also looking for other completing around about this time can you drop me a line and let me know.
