Does anyone wish to sell a parking space in Phase 3 block1. I own an apartment there but was allocated parking in block 3. Would also be willing to exchange my 2 spaces and trastero for parking in block 1 if preferred.

 Padel and tennis courts are being worked on, the bases have been laid and I would guess they willl be ready for play in about 4-6 weeks

 Just got back from a brief visit to our apartment on phase 3. The whole site is looking much better now. the clubhouse is being worked on daily and is probably 6-8 weeks from completion. 9 holes are already open and there is a small portable office for sales of tickets. 10euros for residents, 15 for Antequera golf members (not sure why) and 20 for non-residents. I was told the whole course will be open in 4-6 weeks so prepare for some wayward shots.

It's now nearly 2 years since we completed on our phase 3 apartment. At that time I was told what further building was to take place but I believe there may have been changes to the overall plans for Arenal Golf. Does anyone know what work is still outstanding and how long it will be before the total build is complete. I am very pleased with the apartment and can't wait until the whole site is finished and we can all fully enjoy what we have bought!
