We have a 3 bed 2 bath prop on Playa Golf II available for long and short term lets.

Because I have taken back the management from an agent it is fully available at the moment.

Hi

I saw for myself one of the methods of burglary last week.

First a leaflet distibutor will call and leave a card or brochure for grilles, tv, air-con,  etcetera.   Once occupancy is established somebody will return to try to gain entry.   No un-grilled window or door is safe.

A simple solution to this method seems to be, keep your gate locked.   Simple but effective.   I know it's a pain to go to the gate for callers but it seems to work.

There are many other methods but, once there are plenty of people on site they will move somewhere else.
