Hi Clairhdp

The following directions were posted by SAZZA

Turn right out of the car hire car park, at the junction (which won’t be far away) turn immediate left, this will put you on the correct road no slip roads to deal with, follow the signs for Granada/Almeria/Vera AP7/E15 you will probably not even notice you have joined the A7.
The road will signposted A7 Murcia/Almeria/Granada (if in doubt just follow signs for Almeria/Vera as they are way past where you need to be).
Continue to Murcia City approx 40mins
Stay on the motorway and as you come to Murcia City continue to follow the signs for Almeria/Granada, there will also be a yellow sign in Arabic with a picture of a ship on it, for the port, shortly after this the A7 veers right at this point. It will look like you’re coming off the road, but it is still signed A7 Alhama de Murcia/Almeria/Vera
Continue on the motorway heading for Alhama de Murcia/Almeria.
As you near Alhama de Murcia look for Junction 627 (approx 20 mins away from Murcia city)
Get into the Right lane for both the 627A/B. (The first turn off (627A) is for Alhama de Murcia).
Take the 627B exit which is immediately after 627A (it is a sharp right hand bend) – signed ‘Beaches de Mazarron’, ‘Mazarron’ & Cartegena’.
At Junction 627B you merge with the RM2.
Take the second exit which is junction 4 (it goes from Junction 1 straight to Junction 4 – missing out 2&3) for Mazarron and the road is the RM23 for Mazarron & Puerto de Mazarron
CDA will be signposted 3 miles along this carriageway, it has its own junction off the carriage way at the signpost CDA which takes you over the flyover and into the resort entrance. You will see on your left as you drive up the RM23 a long line of palm trees, these line the road that approaches the main entrance.
As you drive up the road there will be a huge sculpture on the roundabout in front of you with the name of the resort on it.

I don't think New Owner is Valeros either....for one thing they were disagreeing with what Borat and Valeros had said about cheap houses attracting cheap people, which if they are a new owner is more of an insult to them than us! Think another thing that Borat n Valeros missed is that, in these days of financial hardship, it is most likely as difficult if not more, for people to get a loan. I know the 100% loans are out there, but they still have to pay them every month.
Darren, you read the statement in Borats info box a bit different to me... I thought him saying, he lives in a greenhouse a stones throw from Condado, was referring to the proverb? People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones! Not sure if that's referring to him, who may be from Camposol, or aiming it at us, who sometimes criticise Camposol???
As for Valeros, if he does live on a farm near to said Paramount site, what the hell has that got to do with us?? V, you should be attacking your local authority for that one, not us on CDA or any other urbanisation in the area. Take it you don't want the airport either. BTW your attempt at a west country farmer is rubbish.
New Owner the majority of people on this forum have been around for a long time and are very nice, some more negative than others, but that's just their opinions...and you can choose to ignore them. As mentioned before, there are trouble makers out there who have nothing better to do than make other forum users lifes a misery and you do get to recognise them for what they are. Welcome to the forum and to CDA.

Think you are wasting your time arguing with Valeros....He/She doesn't even live on an urbanisation or resort let alone Condado. V thinks people who do live on urbs or resorts are the pits and can't possibly know or want, anything to do with Spanish culture. V thinks all people living on CDA and similar are Brits who are out to make a fast buck from everyone else. (Think V must have been spurned by an urbanisation president somewhere along the line?) V doesn't know that on CDA there are many Spanish people who live and/or have holiday homes along side us. Think basically, V doesn't want to share Spain with any one else but the Spanish........just for the record Valeros, living in Spain for seven years doesn't make you their spokesman, and these urbanisations and resorts have put a lot of money in quite a few Spanish families pockets. You have no idea what CDA is like, so your opinion means nothing, so feel free to comment on all things Spanish but not on CDA.
