Breach of completion contract

Hollwoood hills breached completion contract on 30th April 2007.  From this point my contract allows for the bank guarantee to refund all my money plus interest at 6% since build licence in sept 2004.  The bank are not going to honour the bank guarantee and have told me that I will have to take them to court.

I am looking for other owners to join forces and take this action since the bank know that there action is highly illegal.  There has never been a stronger case for a bank guarantee to work, but they do want to give money back.  We need just one case sagainst them and the cost is split between all action off plan owners.

HI all Off plan investors.

My name is Andrew Flint I bought 2 in Hollwood hills.

Due to breach of completion date by 6 months as per my contracts.  Banco Pastor in Marbella HAVE to return all monies plus statutory interest at 6% since BUILIDNG LICIENCE issued, IE, Sept 2004.

However, BAncoi Pastor are not going to homour the contract and will not pay back the money.  THis is very illegal and I am looking for a team of OFF plan owners to join forces and take court action immediately as a combined team so that our costs are minimised since we only need 1 court case against the bank.  They will back down but are calling my bluff.

We have the oppotunity to release ourselves form this investment now because of the BANK GUARANTEE .
