Hi - I speak Spanish (although I am very rusty) and I reckon the google translation makes more sense.  Windows is a brand name and should stay the same, rather than be translated to ventana.  Also, if I were reading "Es un software del S.A", I'm not sure I would understand it.

Has anyone thought yet about what they will do about a snagging list?  Our (soon to be new) solicitor has said he can do this for us but he admits he is not a professional surveyer and we have also thought about getting a professional to do this instead.  Has anyone got any thoughts on this?
