We had exactly the same problem.  When our aircon people installed the system there was a problem with the pipe and it couldn't hold the pressure.  They reported the fault to Polaris who eventually solved the problem. The air con people then returned to finish the work.

Initlally we thought Resortitalia would solve the problem, but as it was a building fault it had to be Polaris who did the work.  This was around a year ago.

Just come back after a week and progress seems to have slowed down again.  It willbe many years before we get all the facilaties we were peromised when signed on the dotted line.

Golf course was very good although we did find that you can get cheaper rates at the local golf superstore.  It was 50 Euros a round for residents, but only 45 Euros if you book with them.

The bar was closed.  We were told that the town centre had been taken by the bank but later were heard this was not true.  Whatever the case, we were looking forward to enjoying our first pint there but there was no sign when it will be open again.

We used Chillout Airconditioning for our Phase 1 appartment..  They were particularly good as we were not on site when the installation took place and they found that our air conditioning pipes were blocked so they could not complete the work.  After Polaris had rectified the problem, they returned to complete the job with no fuss or delays.
