Depends on what you mean by "Roda" the hotel on Roda comes under a seperate business called "Roda Golf Hotel SL" - is this business actually in existence? Does it have an active board of directors or managent? The same applies to Corvera.

it seems to be like they had planned the commercial centre for 2008 so what went wrong?
But in one development at the mo there will be a lot of people in the same situation so the developer will probably be gearing up for a fight - sorry but that's the way it is at the moment. However in theory Spanish consumer laws are very protective so get some good advice. ATB - Keith
